ADT awarded ISIA Qualsec Gold Standard award
ADT recognised for its continued improvement and commitment to development and training, human resources and customer satisfaction.
ADT Fire & Security, leading provider of electronic fire and security solutions, has received the Irish Security Industry Association (ISIA) Qualsec Gold Standard award. The award is in recognition of ADT’s quality of service and codes of practice and is part of ISIA’s independently managed and monitored continuous improvement quality scheme.
In order to achieve a Gold Standard award, ADT had to achieve a number of certified characteristics, by displaying exemplary standards across Organisation, Development and Training, Human Resources and Customer Satisfaction.
The ISIA is Ireland’s only trade association covering the full spectrum of security services, representing companies involved in diverse security areas including guarding services, security systems, alarm receiving centres and physical security.
“The ethos and high standards of the ISIA Qualsec Award are what we continuously strive towards,” said David Myers Regional Managing Director – Ireland & South UK for ADT Fire & Security. “We are committed to ensuring high standards across the business, providing an exceptional quality of service for our customers and a positive and fulfilling environment for our employees.”
Sarah O’Donnell, Communications Director of the ISIA, commented “ADT has demonstrated an understanding of the importance of high standards and best practices across the entire business and the need to embrace a continuous improvement model.”
